The documents that patients applying to our hospital must present according to their social security status are as follows:
SGK Members (SSK, Official Institution Employees, Retirement Fund, Bağ Kur, Social Services Child Protection, and Nursing Home Patients): They are required to apply with a valid identification document containing their Turkish ID number. Patients coming from the Social Services Child Protection Institution and nursing homes must bring a letter from the unit where they are staying.
Other Social Security-covered Patients (Green Card, Military Personnel, Chamber of Commerce and Industry Personnel, etc.): They can apply with a valid identification document containing their Turkish ID number, along with their Social Security Card or a referral letter from the institution.
Paid or Private Insured Patients (Bank Personnel, etc.): They will apply with a valid identification document containing their Turkish ID number. Our hospital has agreements with all institutions affiliated with SGK. Additionally, we have agreements with İş Bankası, Garanti Bankası, Yapı Kredi Bankası, Ziraat Bankası, Halk Bankası, Şeker Bank, and Vakıf Bank.
